We will hoist the anchor in the wonderful island of St Martin: a great starting point for a Caribbean voyage. Historically seen the Easterly winds will be blowing and provide the perfect sail angle to sail both south and back up north. This passage has a great advantage that the start and finish point are the same.

Libra is very familiar with the waters between these two islands. The stretch of roughly 160NM to reach Guadeloupe will be all open water while staring at the beautiful backdrop of the other islands. In reality, you can see every next island from every island and you'll definetily experience that on this route. Volcanic islands one after the other will be our view before the sky fills itself with stars and we'll get ready for our nightsail.

Upon arrival to Guadeloupe and depending on our time and weather conditions we will make one or multiple stops to enjoy the crystal blue waters and have some land adventures. Afterwards we'll turn the boat around and head back up, resulting in you experiencing different sail tacks during the same passage.

During our sail time, which includes day and night sailing, we will touch all the topics from navigation to traffic control to radar management and sail configurations. We welcome sailors of all levels of skill and will cater to every crewmember.
