This week-long adventure takes you to one of Portugal's most enchanting Islands, offering a blend of coastal and offshore sailing experiences.

 

Departing from Lagos Marina, you’ll sail along the southwestern coast of the Algarve taking in limestone landscapes, the same ones that early European explorers viewed as their tall ships disappeared over the horizon, surrounded by the serenity of the open ocean.

 

Arriving in Madeira is a spectacular mix of dramatic cliffs and verdant landscapes that provide the perfect backdrop at our journey’s end—a sight you’ll remember forever, Madeira is known as the Hawaii of Europe.

 

During this passage, you’ll learn important sailing techniques, including navigation and weather interpretation, making it ideal for both beginners and seasoned sailors.

All our sailing trips are subject to weather conditions, which may affect routes, departure, and arrival times. Flexible travel plans and travel insurance are highly recommended.

Fly into Faro Airport (FAO) or Lisbon (LIS), where a scenic transfer will take you to Lagos Marina to begin your adventure, boarding is on the 16th of August.

 

Disembark in Madeira on August 23rd, with easy access to Madeira Airport (FNC).
